Program tanımlarıThe program amply covers the "organization and management" discipline and at the same time, its aim surpasses provision of mastery of functional areas. It aims to graduate specialists who possess a broad perspective and ability to synthesize as well as analyze issues and solutions in organization management.
The Department is able to draw upon its exceptional success and experience in teaching, research and consultancy spanning a period of more than four decades. The program is uniquely positioned to produce effective instructors and researchers for the academic community, and specialists positions at private and public sectors that require doctoral level education.
